what would be the best transport for two 75yr olds to Eaton park hotel Nathan rd. Kowloon. We will have large luggage. I mean public transport.

I think, taxi may be the best choice for you. Or you can take the airport shuttle bus A21 from the airport and get off at Nathan Hotel, Nathan Road. After off the bus and walk about 50m, you will find the hotel Eaton Smart, Hong Kong.  It only costs HKD33/person.
