I need travel information from kashgar to Changsha

I need full information as I want to travel from Islamabad, Pakistan to Changsha by bus or train...from kashgar how much it will cost by train and by bus? How mush time is required?

Only trains or flights to Urumqi are operating from Kashgar. From Urumqi to Changsha, it is around 3,200km between each other. And there are no direct trains between the two cities. By train, you have to make a transfer at Xian, which costs at least 44 hrs in total. Thus, from Kashgar to Changsha, you need to have two transfers by train, respectively at Urumqi and Xian. To save time, it is better to take flight to Urumqi first and then to Changsha by another flight.
