About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

My ARC card has not been extended for my new contract, can I still apply for China visa here in Korea?

Currently I have less than 6 months on my ARC card. I am planning to go to China in august with my family, who will be coming from the USA. Would it be easier to mail them my passport and have them do the application process for the visa in America and then bring it with them when they come to korea? Or how should I go about doing it from here?

First, you can enquire one of the designated travel agencies about the new visa policy, if the ARC card with at least 6 months remaining validity is still required by the embassy. you have to mail your family your passport and have them to do the application process in America and then bring it with them when they come to Korea.

Sometimes, if the visa officer in USA notices that there is not exit stamp of Korea and enter stamp of USA, the application will be denied.
