Hong Kong Visa

A Permanent Resident in Malaysia is not able to apply for a passport. Instead, he/she will be issued a Certificate of Identity by Malaysia Imigration Department as a valid travel document. Do such person requires a Visa to enter Hong Kong?

Can you tell me your nationality? You are a Permanent Resident in Malaysia, so you are not a Malaysian national. The Certificate of Identity issued by Malaysian Immigration Department can't be used as a international travel document to go to Hong Kong.
