Do Kazakhstan citizens need a visa to Macau?

My two friends are from Kazakhstan. They are Kazakhstan citizens and they are planning a visit to Macau in August. They will be in Hong Kong at the time and are wondering whethey they need a visa to visit Macau for a day trip. Thanks!

They are required visa to Macao, and for them, the Macao visa can be applied upon arrival.
