where do i go down at shanghai city proper

Question

Hi,My flight is arriving at 23:45 at Pudong International Airport, i assumed i will step out at Pudong at around 12:30 midnight. How do i go to Shanghai City proper by bus? I'm saving money and does not want to take a taxi. Are there schedules on midnight and where do i go down if my hotel is in wusong road near the bund (Hengsheng Peninsula International Hotel). You can catch the airport shuttle bus night line at that time from Pudong airport and get off the bus at Middle Zhejiang Rd (Yan'an Rd/People's Square), then take a taxi to the hotel.  The bus fare is about CNY22 and the taxi fare is about CNY12.
