train ticket reservation between beijingxi'an

Question

Hello,I want to travel between Beijing and Xi'an on the 11th of July, but I have been told that the rules have changed since the 1st June, and that the tickets are now specified by names, so we need to take the tickets ourselves in Beijing station. Does that mean that your reservation service doesn't work anymore ? Thanks for your answer,Chantal

Hi, the train tickets between Beijing and Xi'an still can be booked online in advance, but your passport copies are required based on the latest policy. Anyway, you can make the reservation on this page directly, and they will process it for you accordingly.
