which documents are needed besides visa application form?

I am Vietnamese,In this July, 2011, i am going to Shanghai for a Job interview, so i wonder that besides visa application what kind of documents i have to have, to take this visa? Something like company's invitation? Thanks for your help,

Besides the visa application form, you also need to provide the company's invitation letter for interview, your passport, one passport photo, the two-way flight tickets booking, hotel booking. Hope you can get a visa to Shanghai to take the job interview. China now is a very good country for work.
