Can you inform me where I pay a fine of a China visa which was not valid?

Can you inform me where I pay a fine of a visa of the people's republic of China (L) which was not valid? The visa was given from Shenzhen.

You can go to the Exit-Entry Administrative Bureau of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau to pay for the fine
