Visa needed as a German? Transfer from Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA) to Pudong (PVG)

I arrive from Taipei to Hongqiao (SHA) and need to go to Pudong (PVG) airport to catch the international flight to Frankfurt. I am a german citizen, I have a confirmed ticket to Germany and my passport. Will I need to get a visa to transfer via bus?
