About:Chinese Consulates in Thailand

I carry Vietnamese passport, Can I apply Hongkong visa in Chinese embassy in Thailand

I carry Vietnamese passport, I'm in Thailand now, I would like to travel Hongkong next month July- 2011, can I apply Hongkong visa in Chinese embassy in Thailand. I have been to Hongkong on 2009.

You can have a try, but no one here can ensure you with that, you may need to apply in your home country for a HK visa. Or, if possible, you can send your application to HK Immigration department directly, or through someone you know in HK.
