About:China Visa

Is it a "must" to have the "Visa Notification Form issued by an authorized unit China”.

Is it a "MUST" to have the "Visa Notificaiton Form issued by au authorized unit in China" for applying China Visa in Singapore for French Passport Holder ?
What is the minimum application time ? If we need to travel on 14 June 2011, and we need to have the visa soonest, what is the best way to do ? Thanks in advance for your help.

If you apply for tourist visa to China, the "Visa Notificaiton Form issued by au authorized unit in China" is not required, can you tell me the purpose of coming to China?

It takes 4 working days for visa processing for normal processing, it takes at least 2 working days if you apply for rush service, if you travel on 14 June 2011, you have to submit visa application on 13 June 2011 to China visa Application Service Center and apply for rush service, then you can pick it up on 14 June 2011.

In addition, you need to provide documents that entitle you to reside for an extended period of time in the Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP.
