Can I re-entry via Hong Kong to activate my next 60 days stay in China ?

I have a multiple entries tourist visa allowing me to stay 60 days per entry. The current stay will lapse on 10th June 2011 and I have to leave mainland China and re-enter China again. Will flying into Hong Kong and flying back into China fulfill the requirements ? Thank you very much.

Yes, sir, leaving for HK counts an exit from mainland China. So, it is ok.
