About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I have a Indian passport, do i need a transit visa if my connecting flight is at Shanghai.

I am taking flight SQ828 from singapore to Shanghai, and then going on flight AA288 from Shanghai to Chicago same day, I arrive and depart from terminal 2, do I still need a transit visa?
