About:Chinese Embroidery

are there embroidery schools in Shanghai that an American would be able to attend?

I will be in Shanghai with my husband for an extended period of time this Fall 2011 and would like to learn some techniques.

I think so, but you may have to hire an interpretor, since language will be a big problem. Seems no special school in Shanghai, so you may have to go to Suzhou where there are such schools like 苏州江南绣庄.
