I already have an invitation to visit the Ministry of Science and Technology in China (addressed to the Chinese Embassy in Kenya), however because I am in Qatar next week, Can I present the invitation letter and my UN passport to the Chinese Embassy in Doha and get my visa here., thanks

If your invitation letter is addressed to Chinese embassy in Kenya, you need to apply in Kenya as you work there.
