About:China Work Visa

Can I be granted a working visa? im a domestic helper in hongkong but now hired by a company for a managerial job.

Would go to china with a tourist visa, once I got there, a company would hire me for a managerial job. Would there be any problems acquiring a z viza since im a domestic helper in Hong Kong & now be hired as a manager in China?

If your company can get the Alien Employment License from the the Ministry of Labor & Social Security and Offical letter of Invitation from the Foreign Affairs Office, you can get a work visa.
