Does anyone know how strict the rules are and what they are when you go to Chairman Mao Memorial Hall?

Does anyone know the rules when you go in here?
One of my teachers said you have to walk past quickly and you can't stop or you'll be arrested. Is this true? Can anyone tell me more about things you are and aren't allowed to do?
