Requirements for a Student Visa in China

Hi, i have a problem regarding my visa. Im studying Chinese for 4 months and i just started studying for a week now. And the school can provide me visa but the problem is i have working permit(visa) for 6 months and they can't transfer directly the working visa to student visa so i need to apply tourist visa first by applying from another country which is quite a problem for me as i've heard no visa issued this time in some countries. So im thinking im going to apply a student visa in Philippines instead if possible. If possible, so maybe can send to me the requirements needed for applying student visa. Thanks!

Yes, you can go to Philippines to apply for student visa, the student visa is divided into X visa (study for more than 6 months) and F visa (study for less than 6 months). You need to apply F visa for 4 months study in China.

F Visa applicant (will study for less than 6 months) must provide an original Visa Notification issued by the Chinese government or organizations authorized by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The school should get it for you.
