Do we bargain to get best deals at Nanjing Road?

How much can we bargain? WHere can we get good accessories like chains, earrings, hair clips etc?

Golden or silver accessories? If you buy these in shopping malls or department store, no bargain usually. If in a smal shop selling those souvenirs, you can bargin, perhaps at least 1/3 off I think.
