Can I apply for a visa to Macau through Hong Kong Immigration Department?

You can't get a visa to Macau through Hong Kong Immigration Department. Can you tell me your nationality? Nationals of 66 countries don't need a visa to Macau. Maybe you are in the list of 66 countries.
