Is it possible to get a Student visa in China without leaving?

I am Russian nationality. For the last 6 months I have been staying in China and had my internship here holding F visa. Now I plan to stay in China for studying. Since I have told by the local Immigration and the schools to leave China and apply for the student visa in Russia I woder if it's possible to make this visa through you. If so, what documents should I prepare?

It is almost impossible to change F visa into X visa, you have to return to Russia to get for X visa. Have you obtained JW201 or JW202, Admission Letter?
