are there trains from Shantou to Hong-kong?

There are no direct trains from Shantou to Hong Kong. By train, you could take one to Guangzhou first and then to Hong Kong. However, direct coaches are available to Hong Kong, which depart from the Tennis Court in the south of Regency Hotel, Shantou. Besides, one flight CZ311 is also operating from Shantou to Hong Kong.
