If a person is short of metal, what kind of special ornaments he needs to wear ?

You say :People's birthday, hours and minutes can be described in the heavenly stems and earthly branches which belongs to different elements. Then they will know what elements they are short of. They can select proper name or wear special ornaments to make up what they lack.
My question: If a person is short of metal ( it is 0 ), which is lack of protection, what kind of special ornaments he needs to wear ?
