It is almost impossible to get a multiple tourist visa to China nowadays, in India or any other country unless you can provide related proof that you need visit China frequently this coming year. Anyway, you can write your request to China visa application form, and don't worry either, tourist visa can be extended twice in China if you fail to get one.0
