child ticket fare - soft sleeper

I'm looking for four soft sleeper tickets in July from Beijing to Yongan, Fujian for my family. I have two children, 8 and 13 years old. Will they pay the same price as adult? And their carry-on luggage allowance? Thank you, Rong

From Beijing to Yongan, one train K307 is available daily. Usually, the children with height between 1.2meters and 1.5mertes could enjoy the half-price tickets. For children below 1.2metres, they are free to take the train if not taking extra seat or sleepers. The free carry-on baggage for children (children with free ticket included) is usually 10 kg (22 pounds).
