About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Can friends from China come to T3 at beijing capital airport to visit us during our 14 hour wait?

You friends can come to T3 at Beijing Capital Airport, but they can't visit you because you are in transit airside. Without flight ticket, your friend can't go there to see you.
