my 4 seats are booked from Delhi to SFO of china airlines vai Bezing on 31st May,I want to know that how much luggage is allowed to me as per airlines rules

20kg per person for enconomic class. If more, you should pay for the extra weight. You 4 are allowed to take 80kg in total. Say to the airport staff when you check-in that you you four are together. Then if some one has lighter lugguage, you can bring a bit more.
