About:China Postal Service

Parcel missing in Fuzhou

I have sent parcel from Malaysia to Fuzhou, China and the tracking said that the parcel already passed China custom and in Fuzhou since 18-April-2011 but until today, still did not deliver to recipient and there is no status indicated.

So, how to further check? Tracking no.CP117843533MY

You may ask the receiver to go to the local post office in Fuzhou to check the truth directly.

The recipient said the local post office told her "to wait for it". What does they mean? I am not able to do anything at all. Sent email to China Post but nobody response. Terrible!!
Tried to track but unable to track further. How long to wait? Already more than 2 weeks. Totally no other way??
