Visa application for foreign passeport holder, non-resident in Indonesia

I'm French and I'm currently travelling around Indonesia.
A French company just recruited me and would like to send me in China for business purpose.
As I do not live in Indonesia, is it possible to get a Chinese visa in Jakarta's CVASC?
