is 10 october 2011 holliday day in lijiang?

We are a couple that visit lijiang in october and we are plannnig our trip. We have read that 10 october is holliday day in lijian, isnt´t it? we would like to know what is made that day in the town and if the shops will be closed that day in Lijiang?
