About:

I want to go visit the putuo mountain, how do I get there from Taipei airport? What are the route options, by plane, by bus and by ferry? and how much is the price approx and the estimated time it'll take?

You can fly from Taipei to Hangzhou and then take bus from Hangzhou to Shenjiamen, Zhoushan. Then take ferry to Putuoshan. As to the airfare, you could check this website https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-flights/ to find details. Well, the bus fare is about CNY85 and it takes about 4 hours.
