Hello,I'm a bulgarian citizen,at the moment I live in Wien but still in those 3 months I'm alowed to stay without registration....there come an offer for a excursion in China,witch will start before I come back in Bulgaria,my question is if I can apply for visa in the embassy in Wien ??
