My flight from Jiuzhaigou to Beijing departs at 19:00. If in the morning, I check out at Sheraton Hotel with my luggage and catch the airport shuttle bus to Huanglong then leave my luggage there and spend time look around until the afternoon and continued the journey to the airport for my flight. Is it sound possible? And if it is, how can I arrange the time for the shuttle bus to pick me up at Sheraton Hotel in the morning and at Huanglong in the afternoon so I will not miss my flight?

And if I want to travel direct from Sheraton Hotel to the airport for my flight at 19:00, how should I arrange the departure time?
