About:Chinese Consulate in New York

I was born in HONG KONG in the 50's . I came to the states in the 60's and became a US citizen. Both my parents are from the mainland and don't think they have ID cards from HK. I have gone back to HONG KONG a few times to visit. Can I apply for a hong kong identity ID or or right of abode ID? Or any kind of ID? How can I apply for ROA Id? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!!!!

Yes, you can apply for the HKPIC & HKSAR passport over here in the U.S without having to travel back to Hong Kong. check out www.immd.gov.hk for a list of required forms.
