About:China Visa Exemption

Hi! I am a filipina married to a Sri Lankan and we have a 3yr old daughter holding a Sri Lankan passport. I booked a roundtrip ticket for me and my daughter bound to Cebu Philippines from Dubai and we will transit in Hongkong. The waiting is 2 hrs and 50 minutes before we depart from Hogkong to Cebu. Does my daughter still need a visa even if our tansit will not exceed more than 3 hours and how much is the cost?
