I have a F visa, which expires on May 10, but I have all the documentation approved to start work in a company at the moment I'm waiting for my new passport as the previous one was stolen, but there are very few days and not give me time to get my Z visa in Hong Kong, it is possible to extend my F visa, requesting a month tourist visa to Conclude my Z visa process?

Thank you for your attention

As to the regulation, F visa can not be either changed or extended in China, but in your case, you can try to apply for a L visa at local PSB when you get your new passport. But if they do not accept this, you need to apply for a Z visa directly from HK.
