Hello I and my fam (with 3 kids) will be arrive in HK by Jul,19 and stay in disneyland Hotel, how many days  should I allocate to complete my tour in disneyland, And how much the ticket cost ( my kids are : 6,9,12 ). We also want to visit the stars wax museum (i don't know what does the place name) where is it located?

I think one day is enough for disneyland. The ticket fare is HK$ 250 for kids of 3-11 years old and HKD350 for those above 12 years old.  I think you mean the Avenue of star at Tsim Sha Tsui and Wax Museum on the Victoria peak.
