Question

Reference 13507316, Huang Shan Shan.  My wife, a Chinese national, submitted her passport renewal form last month on 15 March 2011.  She is intending to travel at the end of this month and is concerned about receiving her renewed passport before the end of the month.  Can you confirm if the renewed passport is in the mail?  If you need additional information our address is 1911 Sabine Pass Ln, Arlington, Texas 76006 USA.  I have emailed previously but my wife is panicing and wants an answer.
