About:China Student Visa

Hello
I'm currently living in Taiwan.
I am going to study one year in Harbin starting in September 2011. When I get the JW201 or JW202 document from Harbin University, will it be possible for me to apply for X Visa in another country than France? As I don't plan to come back to France next summer, will it be possible to apply for X Visa in Hong-Kong, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok?

With all required documents well prepared, you can apply for an X visa in Hong Kong through the Commissioner's office of the Ministry of China Foreign Affairs. The address: 7th Floor, Lower Block, China Resources Building, No.26, Harbor Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong SAR
