HelloI'm currently living in Taiwan.I am going to study one year in Harbin starting in September 2011. When I get the JW201 or JW202 document from Harbin University, will it be possible for me to apply for X Visa in another country than France? As I don't plan to come back to France next summer, will it be possible to apply for X Visa in Hong-Kong, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok?Thanks for your kind helpDavid
