About:Best Time to Visit China

we are planning to visit china on june july , in the following cities, Beijing, Zhangjajie, Xian and Guilian ,What clothes to wear? And I would appreciate if you can recommemd a reasonable hotel rates and name of such,

It is hot summer at that time. Wear summer clothes, perhaps a light jacket is necessary when you are in the frests and mountains in Zhangjiajie.
