About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

Hello,

I am a dual citizen of both Canada and Hong Kong. I hold a Canadian Passport and permanent Hong Kong ID card. I am currently travelling as a tourist in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. I am planning to go to Cambodia and to fly from Siam Reap to GuangZhou then take the train to Hong Kong. I also hold a "Return Home Permit", hui xiang zheng, but forgot to bring it with me. I left the permit in Hong Kong. It is possible to apply for a rush tourist visa, as a Canadian, and receive it in less than 3 days?

You can try to apply for a China tourist visa from Chinese consulate in Ho Chi Minh City using their rush service. In additaion, Home return permit can only be used to enter China from HK, you can return to HK if possible.
