Is not better and faster if I take a taxi to the 919 bus stop? Do you know wath time the 1st bus leave the stop?

I do believe it is faster to take a taxi to the 919 bus stop. I am not sure the first bus but if you are there in 8am, there is bus already. Not necessary to be there so early, isn't it? By the way, there are also trains from Beijing North Railway Station (next to Xizhimen Subway Station) to Dabaling, which is more confortable. The first train leaves at 8am.
