About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

I hope to go to work as a teacher in Henan Province later this year. However, I am just now finishing my degree programme; I understand that a degree is a minimum requirement to get a work visa as a teacher, so will I be able to get the visa if I have completed my studies but not had the formality of receiving my degree certificate?
