Hello,I would like to do the 3-day hike in the Tiger Leaping Gorge. If I take the daily morning bus from Lijiang to the TLG, whereabouts in/near the gorge will I be dropped off? I would also like to visit Shangri-La after the 3-day hike. Is there any means of transportation that will take me there after the hike? What is the best way to go about this venture? How much will such transportation cost me?

You can take bus from Lijiang Passenger Transport Station and then  get off at Qiaotou town. The take bus or taxi to the Tiger leaping Gorge. The bus from Lijiang to Shangri-la will stop at Qiaotou to wait for passengers travelling from Tiger Leaping Gorge to Shangri-la. You could catch it. The bus fare is about CNY25-35.
