What are the hours of operation for the Chinese Consulate in NY?  What time would a visa application need to be in to pick up the same day?Thank You

The hours of visa office of China consulate in New York are 09:00-12:00, 13:00-15:30, if you want to pick up your visa on the same day, you have to submit visa application before 09:30, then you can pick it up at about 14:15. But the consulate doesn't give a promise that any applicant can get same day or next day pickup service
