About:China Work Visa

Hello,
My employer is applying for the foreign expert certificate for me, I asked them to write Thailand as place where I'll apply for my visa, however, the information reaching me is that I'll be refused over there. In this case, can I use that foreign expert certificate to go to my country and apply for the visa? Does it matter if Thailand is still written on the certificate? Please help me, thank you very much.

It depends, all up to the visa officers, sir, but first you can still try to apply in Thailand if possible. If they refuse your visa application, you can back to your country.
