Hello,My employer is applying for the foreign expert certificate for me, I asked them to write Thailand as place where I'll apply for my visa, however, the information reaching me is that I'll be refused over there. In this case, can I use that foreign expert certificate to go to my country and apply for the visa? Does it matter if Thailand is still  written on the certificate? Please help me, thank you very much.
