About:Chinese Consulates in Thailand

Hello,We will be travelling through Thailand by train and we need to apply for our China Tourist visa. Can we apply in Thailand for these.
We are travelling on 1 German Passport(with perminent residency for Australia) and 3 Australian Passports.What will we need to apply and how much is the processing fee as well as the 6 month double entry Visa.
Can we do this in Bangkok??
What would the processing time be?

You can apply for a China tourist visa in Thailand. Required documents are your original passport, application forms for China visa with photo stuck to it (both V2011A and V2011B), visa fee is about AUD 60 per person for a double entry visa with 4 working days regular process. However, if you are not now in Australia, you'd better apply for China visas in advance and it is safer. China visa is valid for 3 months from issue date.
