About:How to Buy Tickets

I will be in Shanghai for only 6 days, and will purchase a Transportation Card as soon as I arrive. I will add CNY 100 value to the card when I purchase it, add further value when needed. After my last use of the card, which will be at the Shanghai Railway Station, how do I collect the refund of any money still on the card? Thank you for answering my questions. Ken.

You can refund your transportation card at the tickets office in the train station south square. Or, you could handle the card refund at the nearby Pudong Development Bank.
