First, you need to know that Chinese consulate in Vancouver only accepts applicantions from British Colombia and the Yukon Territory. The required documents are as follows:
1. Your original Chinese passport and copies of personal information page;
2. One passport photo;
3. One application form for Chinese passport;
4. Original and copy of PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD or WORK PERMIT or STUDY PERMIT in Canada.
General processing takes 4 working days and you can use rush or express service either if you need.
